Social media: it’s a more time-consuming aspect of business than we expect, but a solid social media presence really does make a difference to brand image and audience engagement.
As well as running my own social media, I also manage the social media account for CDSM Thinqi and have been part of the Learning Technologies official social media backchannel, tweeting official updates for Europe’s largest L&D workplace event. With particular proficiency on Twitter, I can take away some of the burden and develop your brand voice and following, one tweet at a time.
